Yozu Asian Bistro is set to replace Shorebird on El Paseo, marking a new direction for Wild Thyme Restaurant Group. Opening August 26, the modern Asian concept brings shareable dishes, bold flavors, and an upstairs sushi bar called Cherry Blossoms.
